type='text'>Uhmmmm... lo mío no es solo lo español, es lo que ...</title><content type='html'>Uhmmmm... lo mío no es solo lo español, es lo que me entre bien por los ojos, paladar y, en  caso de recetas, que al leerlas empaticen fácilmente con mi yo interior, esté donde esté.&lt;br /&gt;Por alguna razón, este plato no se cruzó en mi camino anteriormente, al menos no vi nunca la lista de ingredientes ni el modo de preparación... o no me habrá llamado la atención, ¡supongo yo! &lt;br /&gt;No he frecuentado mexicanos, y las veces que lo hice, no me engancharon (sorprendiendo mucho a quienes me habían llevado de la mano). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sin embargo, hoy sé, que ésto me va a gustar. Así de fácil. En mi caso con un picor bien controlado, que no soy de excesos, pero lo voy a probar!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estoy tremendamente perezosa para encerrarme en la cocina, pero creo que a ésto puedo llegar, ya que ha sido un amor (tb) a primera vista.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estoy de puente, Sr. Puntiyo, y como podrás suponer, siento nostalgia de sus cocinas, de los momentos alegres de otros diciembres, del prueba y prueba que tanto he experimentado años atrás (aunque fuera a mi manera). Bueno digo común porque en mi país se utiliza con mucha más frecuencia. Y no me cae nada bien el olor y el gusto que deja la carne de ternera.
